On the January 13th run the runners were joined by Tom and Lewis. Instead of running, these junior Curry Club runners had the luxury of two wheeled pedal-power to get them round the course. My expectation had been that the runners would be held back by the bikers who were bound to be exhausted after the first mile. However, the reverse soon proved to be the case with the junior members taking all terrains in their stride leaving the runners to follow, or should that be trail, behind.
A bike friendly course was chosen and the experiment confirmed to be a success. If of interest, another runners and offspring run can be planned in the near future.
