Lymington 10K, 8th May 2011
“This run is a great event for both fun runners and club runners, and raises funds to help cover the cost of the lifeboat operations and crew training at Lymington.
This year marks our 10th anniversary and we are hoping to beat last year’s record of 1102 entrants.
Local businesses have covered the costs and all runners’ monies will go to the lifeboat at Lymington.
Postal entries close on May 2nd and online entries May 6th – but please don’t delay and register today!
See you at the start?
Best wishes,
Lymington Lifeboat Crew”

Summers just around the corner so its starting to warm up a bit over here…….. although I’ve been pressed by a colleague into running at 6 in the morning this Thurday to avoid the heat…….. uuurrgghhhh
All the best
